IMPERIAL, PA….Rain showers and heavy thunderstorms saturated the grounds and forced Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway to cancel Saturday’s racing program featuring the All-Star Sprint cars Western Pa. Speedweek. Since no rain date is available for the show, the Sprint cars will not return this season.
PPMS will return to action this Saturday, June 20th with regular racing for the Late Models, Zoresco Limited Late Models, M. Stahl Modifieds and Spectator Stocks. Plus it’s autograph night with drivers coming into the grandstands to meet the fans. Gates will open at 5pm with racing at 7pm.
