IMPERIAL, PA….B.A. Malcuit of Strasburg, OH joined the list of multi-time winners by claiming his second Late Model victory of the season Saturday at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Alex Ferree of Saxonburg in the Zoresco Limited Late Models and Wayne Tessean of Austintown, OH in the M. Stahl Modifieds picked up feature wins to add to their respective point leads, and the Spectator Stock checkered flag waved for Len Dobrosielski of Kennedy Township.

Lou Bradich set the pace for the first eight circuits of the 25-lap Late Model feature before Ed Ferree took the top spot on a restart. With Ferree leading. Bradich, Malcuit, Mark Banal, Rick Dawson and Chub Frank followed closely, and all appeared to have a shot at the win. Malcuit unseated Bradich for second on lap twelve and then blew by Ferree for the lead with ten laps remaining. Once in front, Malcuit left no doubt by driving away to his second win of the season. Ferree, Bradich, Dawson and Frank completed the top five. Six through ten were: Banal, Steve Baker, Ricky Thomas, Ben Miley and John Flinner. Heat wins went to Banal, Dennis Curry and Frank. Miley was the Monarch Oil/Wolf’s Head Hard Charger.
