IMPERIAL, PAFollowing Saxonburg driver, Ed Ferree's late model win at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 4, doubts about the legality of the spec engine surfaced during the post race inspection which prompted a delay in making an official ruling. Further inspection of the engine took place on Tuesday, September 7, and after a thorough check, it was determined that Ed Ferree's engine was legal, and his win has been declared official.
