Line-Up Official
The Line-Up Official is responsible for organizing and staging racecars in the pit area prior to each on-track event. This role ensures cars are lined up correctly and efficiently according to the official lineup, while maintaining a safe and orderly pit environment. The Line-Up Official communicates directly with drivers, crew members, and race officials to keep events running on schedule and to address any lineup changes or issues. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. Prior racing experience is helpful but not required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Concession Staff
The Checkered Flag Food Court is one of the most important features of our speedway. Responsibilities may include preparing or serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, being able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and providing excellent customer service are desired!

Drive-In Parking Admissions Staff
Greet our fans at the main gate of the speedway who are entering the Drive-In Parking section of the speedway. Check that the patrons have purchased the proper tickets and instruct them as to where they may park their vehicle.

Grandstand Admissions Staff
Greet our fans at the main gate of the speedway who are entering the grandstand admission area. Ensure the smooth entry of our patrons Receive money from customers and administer their tickets. Verify authenticity of tickets and purchases. Check coolers and other bags if necessary per our allotted size and content requirements

Entertainment Ambassadors
These individuals will be responsible for keeping the energy and excitement rolling before and throughout each race night! responsible for elevating the fan experience by engaging with guests, leading interactive activities, and creating fun, memorable event activations throughout the facility. This high-energy role focuses on increasing fan participation, from welcoming attendees and running contests to coordinating in-venue entertainment elements, all while embodying the excitement and community spirit that define PPMS.
