Race Officials
Officials are responsible for working amongst other officials to oversee the execution of race events, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and according to regulations. Experience within the industry is highly desired, but not required.
Announcers
Keeping our passionate fans entertained is one of our biggest priorities! Announcers are expected to provide live coverage of each race, engage with the crowd, provide information to the fans, interview drivers, deliver sponsorship & promotional messages, and more!
Concession Staff
The Checkered Flag Food Court is one of the most important features of our speedway. Responsibilities may include preparing or serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, being able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and providing excellent customer service are desired!
Gift Shop Attendant
Help our guests find the perfect race-day gear, souvenirs, and memorabilia to remember their experience with us! With a friendly attitude and a passion for motorsports, you’ll assist customers, process transactions, and keep the shop stocked and looking great.
Reserved Parking Admissions Staff
Greet our fans at the main gate of the speedway who are entering the Drive-In Parking section of the speedway. Check that the patrons have purchased the proper tickets and instruct them as to where they may park their vehicle.
Grandstand Admissions Staff
Greet our fans at the main gate of the speedway who are entering the grandstand admission area. Ensure the smooth entry of our patrons Receive money from customers and administer their tickets. Verify authenticity of tickets and purchases. Check coolers and other bags if necessary per our allotted size and content requirements
Entertainment Ambassadors
These individuals will be responsible for keeping the energy and excitement rolling before and throughout each race night! Create fan interactions, on-track and in-stand entertainment, engage socially with the fans, sponsorship & promotional activation, and assist the announcers.
Scoreboard Operator
This is an excellent entry level position that allows you to learn the in's and out's of our speedway! The scoreboard operator is responsible for accurately counting laps and keeping track of the top three cars in each race. The operator will then manually flip switches to display the correct information on the scoreboard. It also happens to provide some of the best views of the speedway on race night!
