Eligibility
The Name the Race Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 23, 2026 and ends on May 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by scanning the official QR code or visiting the designated online entry page and completing the entry form in full. Required information includes:
-Full name
-Email address
-Phone number
-Proposed race name submission
Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Automated, bulk, scripted, or third-party entries are prohibited.
Entry Accuracy and Verification
All entries must contain accurate, current, and complete information. Entries containing false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, are void and will not be eligible for winning. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications resulting from incorrect contact information.
Content Guidelines and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry containing content that is offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Determination of acceptability is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Prizes
Multiple winners will be selected. Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
-VIP race night experiences
-Pace truck rides
-Green flag waving opportunities
-Victory Lane trophy presentations
-Giveaways and other exclusive fan experiences
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value due to weather, safety, scheduling, operational considerations, or event changes. Prizes will be fulfilled on or around the scheduled event date or at a later date as determined by the Sponsor.
Winner Selection, Announcement, and Notification
Winners will be selected following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received. Winners may be announced publicly on or around May 28, 2026, including during the Western PA Speedweek sprint car event at Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway and through PPMS social media platforms.
Selected winners will be contacted individually via the email address or phone number provided at entry. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or inability to verify information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Public announcement timing does not affect winner eligibility or prize fulfillment.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Use of Submissions and Final Approval
By entering, participants grant Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway the irrevocable right to use submitted race name ideas, entrant names, images, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, and event purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Selection of a winner does not guarantee use of the submitted race name. Sponsor retains final approval of all event branding and naming decisions.
Communications Consent
By entering, participants may receive email communications from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, including event updates and promotions. Participants may unsubscribe from email communications at any time. Promotional text messages will only be sent to participants who separately and expressly opt in to receive SMS communications.
Privacy
Information collected will be used for Sweepstakes administration and PPMS marketing communications. Personal information will not be sold. Information may be shared only as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or comply with legal requirements.
Event Cancellation or Modification
In the event the scheduled sprint car event is postponed, modified, or canceled due to weather, acts of God, acts of war, government action, public health emergencies, safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway shall not be held liable. In such cases, prizes may be fulfilled at a later date, substituted with an experience or item of equal or greater value, or canceled at Sponsor discretion.
Photography and Media Release
Winners may be photographed, recorded, or filmed during prize experiences and agree that such content may be used by Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry information and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
